CUSTOM PORTRAIT RETURNS

As each ipawtraits piece is a hand-painted custom creation, we do not offer returns. Your artwork is thoughtfully crafted to uniquely reflect you and your pet.

Contact us! Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we’re committed to ensuring you love your final masterpiece.

We gladly replace orders if:

You received an incorrect item/size

Your order arrived damaged
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations:

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.

After 24 hours, cancellation is subject to approval. Why? Our artists typically begin working immediately!

If cancellation is requested after your artwork is completed, a $100 fee will apply to cover partial creation costs.

Important Photo Guidelines:

We create your portrait using the photo(s) uploaded with your order.

You’re responsible for submitting high-quality photos meeting our guidelines. Low-quality images = lower-quality artwork.

Add special requests via order notes, but note: we cannot fulfill edits like opening/closing mouths, adding smiles, etc. (Red-eye removal & eye color adjustments are possible).

⚠️ Attention: All website samples use high-resolution photos. Blurry/low-quality images prevent our team from recreating the high-quality pieces you see showcased.
